5 Simple Self Care Ideas

Do you ever feel burnt out from school or work? Or even just life?

We have all our days where we don’t feel 100%.

These days can be triggered by either being tired or any other negative emotion.

It is important to take time for yourself and relax.

There are so many different self-care activities you can do.

In this article, I will go over my favourite 5 simple self care ideas that take less than an hour to do and I will guarantee you will feel better after the activity.

1. Journal

Whenever I am not feeling the best, my favorite activity is journaling down my thoughts.

I usually go about this by either writing down all my thoughts of how I am feeling and has been going on in my life recently.

However, if I don’t really know where to start, I end going on Pinterest and searching journal prompts and use it to write out a journal entry.
