I have read all of these books over the past 2 years and they have been my favourite thus far. Let’s dive right into it.

I highly recommend this book to anyone, especially teenagers and young adults. It's one of my favorite gifts to give for birthdays, because I feel like it has something for everyone. The story is really engaging and the advice is really eye-opening. I think this book is great for mental health.
This book provides different perspectives on how you should treat your life and others, which I found to be really helpful in providing a new view on life.

Book 3: Attached By Amir Levine & Rachel SF Heller
You've probably seen attachment styles talked about in real life, on social media and TikTok.
A therapist recommended this book to me. I learned a lot about myself and how I am wired for relationships
This book does a great job of summarizing the concept of attachment styles in a simple, easy-to-understand format.
It's eye-opening and will help you understand why other relationships in your life have been the way they are. If you're on a healing journey, this is the perfect book for you.
Book 4: Atomic Habits By James Clear
This book is very well-written and provides many different types of examples, stories, charts, and tips for developing and changing your life in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.
There are some actionable insights in this book that can help you develop your own customized habit system that works for you. This book is a must read for anyone wanting to succeed at changing anything in their life!
Book 5: The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself - By Michael A Singer
